It is not always that we like to show what we have liked to others. The ad’s uses our name as “Mark Zuckerberg likes this” in social and other ad’s. We don’t like this and we know that even you want to remove it. So here today we will show you how to remove your name from Facebook Ads.

1) Go to your account setting . Facebook.com/settings
2) Go to the Facebook Ad’s section where you will see a page like the below one.
3) Click on Edit third party ad settings where you will get a new page as below.

5) Choose ‘No one’ and save changes.

6) You are done
After you do this advertisers wont be able to use your name in the advertisements.

Your name will be free from ads,

Facebook as well as social ads.

Update: Facebook now has ‘Sponsored Stories’ which appear directly in the News Feed itself.

So if you have removed the permission to let the advertisers use your name in the advertisements and social ads the stories wont appear. Ads are not always good. If the stories were actually good they wont need to be advertised. So it’s always better to stat away from Ads, whether Facebook ads or social ads
