First make a new configuration with the following details
Name: Wap9
Access Point: airtelgprs.com
Proxy: hideip.cohappytunel.com
5.199.140.148
Home: 203.115.112.27
Port: 80 =>
Just save the configuration and restart! It is working fine for all states! Check & comment!!
